KIT welcomes students who wish to transfer from other institutions, given that they have successfully finished at least their first year of study at their previous institution.

Important Notes

Those interested in transferring must submit their applications via online application submission or official admission email address, ensuring to include pertinent attachments such as authenticated copies of their qualifications or a Foundation Year Certificate to admin@kit.edu.kh.

The qualifications or Foundation Year Certificate provided by the applicants will be assessed by KIT's Admissions Committee. This team is responsible for granting credit transfers for corresponding units that the applicant has already completed at another higher learning institution.

Once credit transfer is approved, the student's course timetable needs to be reassessed and adjusted to maintain full-time status. And the transferee is required to take any core subjects mandated by the school after screening their foundation year transcript by the committee.

A Letter of Transfer Acceptance will be sent via email detailing the next steps to successfully complete the transfer and enrolment.
